Il tema di oggi di Crea 5220 è : " Single Letters"
L'idea è realizzare un portachiavi personalizzato con
le iniziali proprie o della persona che lo riceverà.
singole lettere dell'alfabeto, tenendo conto dello spazio utile
del supporto in plastica che avevo visto in Copisteria, circa 4 cm.
In Copisteria ho visto diversi modelli, tondi, a cuore...vuoti.
Ho ricamato questo schema e la mia amica ha provveduto a
montarlo, sigillando a caldo i due elementi in plastica con all'interno
la tela Aida ricamata. Leggero, lavabile e personalizzabile , l'idea
mi è piaciuta ed ho pensato di ricamare le iniziali, in una bella
tonalità di blu.

Making an embroidered, personalized keyring is a fabulous idea! I remember those keyrings from way back in the 1970s. Instead of gorgeous embroidery, they carried advertising. I used to collect these keyrings as a child. Sweet memories! Sending hugs and wishing you a great weekend Carmela! xxx

What a lovely idea to use the letters in a keychain! Beautiful.
RispondiEliminaI used to cross-stitch a lot and made some objects on Aïda witt letters as well. It was so fun and relaxing to do, but onfortunaly I can't hold that little needle longer then a minute..... Luckely I can enjoy watching your cross-stitch projects!

Ik vind dat je mooie letters hebt geborduurd. Wat een werk! Maar ik vind je visje ook heel erg leuk. Ik ben benieuwd hoe het uiteindelijke resultaat wordt.
RispondiEliminaSai ricamare molto bene le lettere. Il blu è un colore perfetto, risaltano molto. Quello che devo imparare io ma con il punto erba, non è semplice fare le lettere tonde, tanta pratica. Buona settimana a voi.
